Health Coaching

Join me for a one, three or six month deep dive into your Holistic Health. Being healthy is about so much more than what’s on your plate. Yes, we will explore your nutrition, but also sleep, exercise, relationships, clutter and stress. Weekly challenges, inspiration and goal setting. Two 45 minute Face Time calls per month for check ins. We will begin with a free Health Evaluation call. There is always something to work on so let’s go deep and make lifestyle changes that will last.
I can’t wait to start your journey and walk beside you every step of the way.

This one month offering is for anyone that I have Coached in the past...Whole30 , FASTer Way or Holistic Health Coaching. Perhaps you just need to get back on track and require a little guidance.
We will work one on one to solidify healthy habits, make new goals and get you feeling your best. The cost includes weekly 30 minute phone or Zoom calls and goals for you to work on in between our chats.

If you are looking for some advice on how to go Gluten or Dairy Free, AIP or Low fodmap , please schedule a call with me. Call is 30 minutes. Or perhaps it’s another topic in the health field- I’m happy to help.

I would LOVE to help you! We will meet and I will teach you the best choices for your lifestyle and dietary restrictions. Paleo, Whole30, gluten free, dairy free or sugar free…I have experience with all and have taste tested almost every brand out there. This will be an education that will last you a lifetime as I teach you how to read labels and make the best decisions to reach your personal goals.
Available to those living in a 20 mile radius to my home in Wayne, PA.
