I started my career as a Special Events Planner, organizing everything from corporate cocktail parties to movie premieres. Then my life was centered on staying home to raise my three wonderful children for 27 years while still volunteering my skills at school and church. Now an empty nester, I’ve reignited my passions for creating a beautiful home, a nourishing kitchen and entertaining. My love of helping others get healthy is a natural overflow of my own autoimmune issues and how I healed them with food. I have been an award winning Certified Whole30 Advanced level Coach (both regular and plant based), a FASTer Way to Fat Loss Concierge Wellness Specialist, and am currently focusing on my Integrative Nutrition private practice.
