Whole30 Book Reviews

People always ask me “What Whole30 books should I buy?” My answer is always, “Well that depends what you are looking for”. Here is a quick review so that you can decide the best purchase to make for your Whole30. Of course I own them all, but I am a bit partial AND I had to study for my Whole30 Coaching Certification! But seriously, I use all of them and am thrilled to have them in my library.

I love this book and all of the featured guest food bloggers like Paleo Running Mama and Confessions of a Clean Foodie. I use my Instant Pot at least twice a week so if you don’t have one, order one now. In my opinion it is the best invention to hit my kitchen in a long time.

I also HIGHLY recommended this book to my clients as they finish up their Whole30 reset. And then read it again…yearly. It truly explains how we can break the cycle of yo-yo dieting and learn to embrace our freedom when it comes to enjoying foods that we once deemed “bad”. It will re-frame everything you ever thought about “dieting”.

 

So there you have it!  As  you can see there are so many options of great books to help you on your Whole30 journey. You also might be interested in several Whole30 endorsed cookbooks. The first is by Michelle Smith. Her book, The Good Food Cookbook came out last year.  

And the next must get is by Teri Turner of No Crumbs Left fame.  I’m super excited for this one which I’ve already pre-ordered on Amazon.
